This Friday Night Funkin’ mod drops Boyfriend into a dark and twisted version of the Mario universe. After playing a cursed cartridge of Super Mario Bros., he and Girlfriend are pulled into a haunted game world filled with creepy versions of classic characters like Mario.EXE (also known as MX or Mario ’85).

📖 Story

What starts as a normal day quickly turns into a nightmare. A mysterious NES cartridge arrives, and once it’s inserted into the console, something goes wrong. Boyfriend and Girlfriend are dragged into the game itself, landing in an empty, eerie world. Then they see him… and realize they’re not alone.

👾 Who is MX / Mario.EXE?

MX is the main antagonist from the horror game Mario ’85. He looks like classic Mario but can transform into a terrifying entity, making every encounter unpredictable and dangerous.
